Kids love a cooking lessons to experience different flavors and obviously have fun. In Brazil, avocado is normally eaten with sugar. This is why I decided to make Guacamole, a traditional Mexican recipe where avocado is smashed with tomato, onion, garlic, cilantro, pepper, lemon and salt.
