AND what we in the West should fear the most is if this indignation now felt throughout Pakistan (and outside) is just fleeting as usual. In this country precedent suggests that after a murderous, terror act you have the nation’s indignation and people’s outrage… then that terrible silence as the real war for reforms continue.
Let’s all offer our prayers for Malala in the meantime.
I couldn’t agree more. Malala’s sacrifice should not be in vain.
